the buddha

A man is standing in front of me. He says to me "The Buddha is here". I look at him and see nothing. I look high and low. I don't see him I say. We are silent. I turn around and see an old woman sitting, her eyes closed. She points to her heart. I turn back towards the man and nod my head.

Impossibilities

I am in what appears to be a never-ending school building. It is grey, large and of concrete. I am trying to get somewhere, but I am not sure where. There are obstacles. I tell the people in the building that if we are to get out we need to either move back in time or move ahead. I tell everyone to get in the elevator. Some choose to go back to the past and others choose to go into the future. I stay right where I am. I can't describe what is happening. Those in the future are trying to speak with those in the past, but they can't hear them. The futurists try to warn those in the past, caution them and advise them how to escape but they can't seem to get through. There is no way for them to communicate. I am stuck in the middle and am the only one that can see why we are moving nowhere. Raphael appears and kisses me. I kiss him briefly and say to myself " I could roll over and kiss you. I could wake up and kiss you." But instead I turn the corner and take a shower, washing myself of the whole conundrum. I don't wake up till Mina calls me and remember the dream in parts, throughout the day.

dream sequence

There is a white house on a hill, crooked and decaying. It is evil. A dead man guards the house. As I enter I see Davey taking care of sick people, all laying on cots, their faces covered in warts and scabs. They all look to my brother as their savior but I can see that he is not helping them. Instead, he has cast an illusion so that they all believe they need him, that he is making them better. He tells me I will be happy here. I resist. I have moments of clarity where I can really see everything for what it is. I see pure souls and healthy bodies, trapped in the illusion of disease and suffering. I tell myself this can not be real. It must be a dream. I have to get out. And so I scream. But my voice is gone and nothing escapes. So I try harder. Again my scream is silent and I can't break through. I try one more time and my scream transports me into another reality - which I mistake to be this reality and not the dreamworld. Davey is standing over me and I am lying down. I yell "Awaken me! Awaken me!" My eyes are closed but I can see what is happening. Davey tells the others that I am awake but I just don't know it. He says he will check my pulse but instead he places his two thumbs on my third eye and says I am awake. Again I scream "Awaken me!" He says "You are awake. You are awake." They think I am pretending to be asleep. I get up hoping to convince them that I am still asleep. "I need you to wake me up." Then I wake up.
